整復(fù)外科介紹
上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院整復(fù)外科由中國工程院院士張滌生教授于1961年創(chuàng)建。目前,，學(xué)科主任是國家教育部長江學(xué)者特聘教授,、國家杰出青年李青峰，學(xué)科帶頭人是國家“973”項目首席科學(xué)家曹誼林,。學(xué)科是國家重點學(xué)科,、教育部“211”工程重點學(xué)科和上海市整形外科醫(yī)療中心，是中國醫(yī)師協(xié)會整形外科醫(yī)師分會,、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會整形外科分會和中國康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)會修復(fù)重建外科委員會主委,、副主委單位。
學(xué)科下設(shè)顯微重建外科,、顱面外科,、淋巴外科、血管瘤與血管畸形,、手外科,、燒傷整形、美容外科等七大專科,，以及器官再造,、面癱修復(fù)、泌尿生殖整形,、激光醫(yī)學(xué),、植發(fā)整形、整形康復(fù)等20余個臨床專業(yè),。學(xué)科瞄準整復(fù)外科前沿課題,，結(jié)合社會發(fā)展需要，圍繞疑難雜癥,，開展與臨床密切相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用研究,，取得系列成就，累計獲得國家發(fā)明獎,、國家科技進步獎,、衛(wèi)生部醫(yī)學(xué)成果獎及上海市科技進步獎50余次，獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金,、國家基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展項目（“973”與“863”項目）,，和衛(wèi)生部、教育部,、上海市科技發(fā)展基金等資助近億元,。
學(xué)科現(xiàn)有病床200余張，年門診量32萬余人次,，年手術(shù)與治療量7.2萬余人次,。長期以來，學(xué)科堅持高標準,、嚴要求,，逐步培養(yǎng)建立了一支學(xué)術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)合理，富有創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力,，具有高尚醫(yī)德和精湛技術(shù)的學(xué)術(shù)團隊,。擁有終身教授王煒，和關(guān)文祥,、黃文義,、錢云良等一大批國內(nèi)外知名學(xué)者教授。
學(xué)科積極開展國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)交流,，與美國,、加拿大、法國,、意大利,、日本,、韓國，以及港澳臺地區(qū)著名大學(xué),、研究所建立了科研合作關(guān)系,，常年舉辦大型國際會議及全國性學(xué)術(shù)會議，為整形外科高層次專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)作出了巨大貢獻,。
學(xué)科連續(xù)9年獲評全國最佳專科第一名,，連續(xù)4年獲評中國醫(yī)科院科技競爭力最佳?？婆判邪竦谝幻?/span>，已成為國際上最具規(guī)模的整形外科醫(yī)療,、教育與科研中心之一,。
Introduction
The Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (DPRS), Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine, was founded by Dr. Chang Ti-sheng, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering in 1961. Under the leadership of Dr. Li Qing-feng, Chief of DPRS, Chang Jiang Scholars from Ministry of Education, the winner of National Distinguished Young Funds, and Dr. Cao Yi-lin, Disciplinary Leader, Chief Scientist of National “973” Projects, DPRS is going to welcome its New Era.
In order to meet the demands of social development, the department takes the challenges in the frontiers of plastic surgery fields with a special emphasis on the clinical application by carrying out basic and applied researches of difficult and complicated cases. Now the department is the State Key Discipline, “211” Projects Key Discipline of Ministry of Education, and Shanghai Top Priority Discipline on Plastic Surgery.
The following special groups have been gradually built, i.e., Divisions of Reconstructive Microsurgery, Craniofacial Surgery, Lymphedema, Haemangioma, Hand Surgery, Post-burn Scar Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery, Groups of Rhinoplasty, Facial Palsy, Hair Transplantation and Uninary-reproductive Deformity et al. So far, the department has received more than 50 National Invention Prize, Science & Technology Progress Prize by the State, Ministries and the City. It has received scientific research funds in the total amount of RMB100 million from National Nature Science Foundation of China, Major State Basic Research Development Program (“973” and “863” projects), the Ministry of Health and Shanghai Science Technique Foundation. DPRS has made brilliant achievements in clinics, education and scientific researches, securing a good reputation both at home and abroad.
There are about 200 beds in DPRS. The specialists with world fame are Dr. Wang Wei, Guan WX, Huang WY, and Qian YL et al. The annual number of out-patients totals about 320,000, and number of operations totals about 72,000. The academic members are all with excellent medical skills and high ethical standards.
Having successfully hosted and organized many important national and international conferences, establishing close scientific and technological collaborations with universities and hospitals of such countries as the United States, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea and regions as Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, DPRS has actively involved in the world academic exchanges. By doing so, it has earned its fame of one of the first-class Plastic Surgery Medical Centers in the World, and made great achievements in Plastic Surgery personnel training.
For nine consecutive years, the discipline has been awarded the first prize in the National Best Specialty, and the first prize in the scientific and technological competitiveness ranking of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences for four consecutive years. DPRS has become one of the largest plastic surgery medical, educational and scientific research centers in the world.
