上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院皮膚病研究所由上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬新華醫(yī)院皮膚科牽頭,，整合上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院各附屬醫(yī)院皮膚科優(yōu)質(zhì)的臨床資源和科研資源于2017年批準(zhǔn)成立,。皮膚病研究所現(xiàn)設(shè)在附屬新華醫(yī)院科教大樓三樓,，機(jī)構(gòu)面積近400平方米,，投入近千萬元,，2019年下半年已投入使用,。主要致力于遺傳性皮膚病診斷與干預(yù),；免疫性及炎癥性皮膚?。ㄌ貞?yīng)性皮炎,、銀屑病,、大皰性皮膚病、紅斑狼瘡,、皮肌炎,、白癜風(fēng)、痤瘡等）的發(fā)病機(jī)制及管理,；皮膚屏障與護(hù)理保健等三個(gè)領(lǐng)域開展研究,。
上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬新華醫(yī)院皮膚科是我國兒童皮膚病學(xué)的開創(chuàng)單位，2009年成立上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院“遺傳性皮膚病診療中心”,，2010年成立中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)皮膚性病學(xué)分會(huì)“特應(yīng)性皮炎研究中心”,，2012年被批準(zhǔn)為國家臨床重點(diǎn)專科,。近十年來,，科室緊密結(jié)合臨床，開展了一系列高質(zhì)量的臨床基礎(chǔ)與臨床應(yīng)用研究,，發(fā)表SCI論文70余篇,，影響因子10分以上論文3篇,，負(fù)責(zé)國家臨床重點(diǎn)專科建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,、國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目,、上海市科委基礎(chǔ)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等課題研究。目前科室已發(fā)展成為年門急診超過45萬人次,、床位31張,，年出入院1302例，其中境外,、外省市住院患者達(dá)到50%的大型綜合性?？啤?/span>
皮膚病研究所姚志榮所長,，主任醫(yī)師,、二級(jí)教授，博士生導(dǎo)師,、上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院教授委員會(huì)委員,，上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬新華醫(yī)院皮膚科主任。主要致力于解決兒童皮膚病臨床領(lǐng)域的重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)問題,，研究方向?yàn)檫z傳性皮膚病及變態(tài)反應(yīng)性皮膚病,。在遺傳性皮膚病方面，開展大片段缺失,、嵌合突變等復(fù)雜高難度基因診斷及致死,、致殘性遺傳性皮膚病的產(chǎn)前基因診斷。在變態(tài)反應(yīng)性皮膚病方面,，完成我國首個(gè)0-7歲特應(yīng)性皮炎現(xiàn)場流行病學(xué)調(diào)查及我國特應(yīng)性皮炎最大樣本的臨床體征研究,，并建立首個(gè)適用于中國嬰兒與兒童特應(yīng)性皮炎診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。以第一作者或通信作者發(fā)表SCI期刊論文70余篇,，包括《J Allergy Clin Immun》,、《Am J Hum Genet》、《Nat Genet》等國際重要刊物,。擔(dān)任國際AD理事會(huì)理事,，中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)皮膚性病學(xué)分會(huì)副秘書長、中國醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)皮膚皮膚科醫(yī)師分會(huì)副會(huì)長,、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)皮膚性病學(xué)分會(huì)兒童皮膚病學(xué)組前任組長,、上海市皮膚科學(xué)會(huì)主任委員、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)皮膚性病學(xué)分會(huì)“特應(yīng)性皮炎研究中心”首席專家等職,，2013年入選“上海市領(lǐng)軍人才”,。
The Institute of Dermatology, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine was established in 2017. It was led by Xinhua dermatology affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, integrating the high-quality clinical and scientific research resources of dermatology in the affiliated hospitals of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. The Institute of dermatology is now located on the third floor of the science and education building in Xinhua Hospital, with an area of nearly 400 square meters and an investment of nearly 10 million yuan. It has been put into use in the second half of 2019. The team mainly engaged in the diagnosis and intervention of hereditary skin disorders; the pathogenesis and management of immunological and inflammatory skin diseases (atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, bullous dermatosis, lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis, vitiligo, acne, etc.); and the research of skin barrier and nursing care.
Xinhua Dermatology affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine was the pioneer department of pediatric dermatology in China. It was awarded “The Center for Hereditary Skin Disorders” in 2009, "Research Centers of Atopic Dermatitis under the Chinese Society of Dermatology" in 2010, and “The National key Clinical Discipline” by the Chinese Health Ministry in 2012. In the past decade, Xinhua Dermatology has carried out a series of high-quality basic and clinical researches, published more than 70 SCI papers, including 3 papers with impact factors more than 10 points. Xinhua Dermatology is responsible for "The National key Clinical Discipline", “Key projects of National Natural Science Foundation”, and "The Most Top Clinical Discipline" by the Shanghai Health Bureau. At present, the Department has developed into a large-scale comprehensive specialty with an annual outpatient and emergency volumn of more than 450000 people. The ward held 31 beds, with an annual admission of 1302 cases, of which 50% are inpatients from overseas and other provinces and cities.
Prof. Zhirong Yao, the director of the Institute of Dermatology, is the chairman of Xinhua Dermatology, professor and the Board member of the Professor Committee of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. His special interests are hereditary dermatosis and allergic dermatosis. His main contribution is responsible for conducting highly complex mutation screen, prenatal gene diagnosis and innovative intervention of fatal and disabled hereditary diseases, as well as in charge of the first nation-wide epidermiological study of atopic dermatitis in children aged 1-7ys and researches involving clinical phenotypes of atopic dermatitis in Chinese origin with largest population. He also established the first diagnostic standard for atopic dermatitis in Chinese infants and children. He has published more than 70 research papers in the international peer-review journals as first or correspondence author, including Am J Hum Genet, J Allergy Clin Immun, and Nat Genet. His other professional positions included: councilor of the International Eczema Council (IEC), the chief expert of "research center of atopic dermatitis"in Chinese Society of Dermatology, deputy secretary of Chinese Society of Dermatology, vice chairman of the Chinese Dermatologist Association, former president of the Pediatric Dermatology under Chinese Society of Dermatology, and the chairman of Shanghai Society of Dermatology. In 2013, he was elected as the “Leading Talent in Shanghai”.
