新華醫(yī)院是上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院直屬附屬醫(yī)院,，創(chuàng)建于1958年,，是新中國(guó)成立以來(lái)上海自行設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)的首家綜合性醫(yī)院,。通過(guò)新華人五十多年的勵(lì)精圖治,，已經(jīng)成長(zhǎng)為兒科和成人學(xué)科門(mén)類(lèi)齊全,、特色鮮明的醫(yī)療服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu),。
新華醫(yī)院發(fā)育與再生醫(yī)學(xué)研究所籌建于2018年4月,，是一個(gè)集基礎(chǔ)與臨床轉(zhuǎn)化為宗旨的跨學(xué)科的全新現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心。本所的研究領(lǐng)域以先天性與成人心血管疾病為核心,，是由涉及到的醫(yī)院相關(guān)科室共同參與構(gòu)成的綜合性實(shí)體研究機(jī)構(gòu),。直接參與的醫(yī)院科室包括：小兒心血管科、心血管內(nèi)科,、心胸外科,、內(nèi)分泌科、老年醫(yī)學(xué)科和臨床藥學(xué)部,。
本研究所目前需要從海內(nèi)外引進(jìn)多名高層次研究人才,，結(jié)合派遣青年和中高級(jí)科研人員出國(guó)進(jìn)修等措施，建成一支高效精干,、基礎(chǔ)與臨床各專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理,、多學(xué)科交叉的研究隊(duì)伍。我們將采用課題組長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)制（PI）管理模式進(jìn)行以基礎(chǔ)研究與臨床轉(zhuǎn)化相結(jié)合為特色,，多領(lǐng)域交叉,、優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、合作協(xié)同的科研工作,。受聘人員除了在研究所的現(xiàn)代化實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)從事科研工作外,，具有臨床資質(zhì)的醫(yī)師將可同時(shí)進(jìn)入相應(yīng)科室開(kāi)展臨床工作。
從海內(nèi)外招聘多名高水平PIs,，包括：教授,、副教授、助理教授系列和主任醫(yī)師,、副主任醫(yī)師,、主治醫(yī)師系列的專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)研究人員與醫(yī)生科學(xué)家，以及專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員,。此外,，我們將每年招收博士后學(xué)者、博士研究生,、碩士研究生等青年才俊,，其中優(yōu)秀的博士后出站后經(jīng)過(guò)考核可被聘為正式員工。

Institute of Developmental and Regenerative Medicine
Xinhua Hospital is an official affiliate of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, founded in 1958 as the first comprehensive hospital in Shanghai after the founding of P. R. China. After more than 60 years’ development, Xinhua Hospital has grown into a comprehensive medical center, and one of the top-tier hospitals in pediatric and adult medicine.
The Institute of Development and Regeneration Medicine was established in April 2018. It is an interdisciplinary modern medical research center with both basic, clinical and translational research. The research focuses on congenital and adult cardiovascular disease, and is an independent entity and a comprehensive new research institute. It consists of various clinical departments related to broad cardiovascular disease field in the hospital, including Department of Pediatric Cardiology, Department of Cardiology, Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Department of Endocrinology, Department of Geriatrics and Department of Clinical Pharmacy.
Our institute is now recruiting a number of qualified and skilled researchers in multidisciplinary areas related to cardiovascular science, from abroad as well as domestically across all professional levels and ranks (assistant professors, associate professors, full professors, and professional lab technicians). We plan to form a Principle Investigators (PIs)-oriented research center that combines basic, clinical and translational investigators for collegial interaction and collaborative research. The qualified physician-scientists will also be engaged in relevant departments of their clinical specialties. In addition, we are also recruiting postdoctoral research fellows and graduate students.
