
上海市兒童醫(yī)院是一所集醫(yī)療、保健、教學(xué)、科研、康復(fù)于一體的三級甲等兒童醫(yī)院,前身是由我國著名兒科專家富文壽及現(xiàn)代兒童營養(yǎng)學(xué)創(chuàng)始人蘇祖斐等前輩于1937年創(chuàng)辦的上海難童醫(yī)院,1953年更名為上海市兒童醫(yī)院,是我國第一家兒童專科醫(yī)院。現(xiàn)為上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬兒童醫(yī)院。
醫(yī)院現(xiàn)有員工1700余人,2020年在新冠疫情影響下,年度門診量171.02萬人次,年住院病人4.19萬人次,住院手術(shù)量3.15萬人次。瀘定路院區(qū)位于普陀區(qū)長風(fēng)生態(tài)商務(wù)區(qū),院區(qū)占地面積約2.6公頃,核定床位550張;北京西路院區(qū)占地面積1.59公頃,建筑面積約2.5萬平方米,核定床位150張。
醫(yī)院學(xué)科齊全,設(shè)有重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科、新生兒科、腎臟風(fēng)濕科(臨床免疫)、呼吸科、血液科、消化科、心臟內(nèi)科、神經(jīng)內(nèi)科、內(nèi)分泌科、急診科、普外科、心胸外科、神經(jīng)外科、骨科、泌尿外科、耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科、麻醉科、兒童保健科、皮膚科、眼科、中醫(yī)科、口腔科、康復(fù)科、醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳科等24個臨床專科。醫(yī)院擁有中國工程院院士1名、博士生導(dǎo)師17名、碩士生導(dǎo)師37名,擁有高級職稱專家百余名。醫(yī)院是上海醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳研究所、上海市兒童保健所、上海市兒童急救中心、上海市新生兒篩查中心、上海市兒童康復(fù)中心、上海市聽力障礙診治中心、上海市新生兒先心篩查診治中心所在地。我院上海醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳研究所,為衛(wèi)生部命名的上海醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳中心基因診斷部,研究發(fā)展了一整套遺傳病分子診斷技術(shù),在我國最早開展了苯丙酮尿癥、血友病、DMD等罕見遺傳病的基因診斷和產(chǎn)前診斷工作。作為國家首批運(yùn)用高通量測序技術(shù)開展遺傳病診斷的試點(diǎn)單位之一,上海市兒童醫(yī)院在兒童遺傳病的基因檢測領(lǐng)域居國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先地位。
Children's Hospital of Shanghai
Children's Hospital of Shanghai is an upper first-class hospital integrating medical, health care, teaching, scientific research, and rehabilitation, and is formerly known as Shanghai Refugee Children’s Hospital founded by Chinese famous pediatrician Fu Wenshou and founder of modern children's nutrition science Su Zufei and other predecessors in 1937. The Shanghai Refugee Children’s Hospital was renamed as Children's Hospital of Shanghai in 1953, becoming the first children-specific hospital in China, and is now named Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine Affiliated Children’s Hospital.
There are 1700 employees in hospital now. Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, there were 1.71 million out-patient visits, 42 thousand annual inpatients and 32 thousand in-patient surgeries in 2020. The hospital branch on Luding Road, which was put into operation in March 2014, is located in Changfeng Ecological Business District of Putuo, covering an area about 2.6 hectares and holding 550 approved beds. The West Beijing Road Branch covers an area of 1.59 hectares and a construction area of about 25 thousand square meters with 150 approved beds. On April 28, 2013, the clinic on Meichuan Road was put into operation, and became the children's rehabilitation center in March 2014, providing rehabilitation training and treatment for patients with hearing, vision, intelligence, physical and mental development disabilities.
The hospital has full disciplines including 24 clinical specialties of intensive care medicine, neonatology, nephrology, respiration, hematology, gastroenterology, cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, general surgery, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics, urology, Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, anesthesiology, children's health department, dermatology, traditional Chinese medicine department, stomatology, ophthalmology, rehabilitation department, and medical genetics. The hospital possesses 1 academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, 17 doctoral tutors, 37 master tutors, and over 100 experts with senior professional titles and is the location of Shanghai Institute of Medical Genetics, Shanghai Institute of Child Healthcare, Shanghai Children's Emergency Center, Shanghai Neonatal Screening Center, Shanghai Children Rehabilitation Center, Shanghai Diagnosis and Treatment of Hearing Impairment Center, Shanghai Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Neonatal Congenital Heart Disease. The Shanghai Institute of Medical Genetics in our hospital was named as the Generic Diagnosis Department of Shanghai Medical Generics.
Center by Ministry of Health and has developed an integrated set of molecular diagnostic techniques for genetic diseases. It first carried out the genetic diagnosis and prenatal diagnosis of phenylketonuria, hemophilia, DMD and other rare genetic diseases in China. As one of the first experimental units to use high throughput sequencing technology in the diagnosis of genetic diseases in China, Children's Hospital of Shanghai takes the lead in the field of genetic testing for children's genetic diseases.
