本中心專注于臨床信息與生物信息有機整合的精準醫(yī)學研究。中心目前承擔多項課題的建設任務:包括兒童精準醫(yī)學大數(shù)據(jù)工程技術研究中心,上海市智慧醫(yī)療項目,交大醫(yī)學院生物信息分析平臺等,并與其他多家醫(yī)院開展合作。目前已開發(fā)完整的遺傳病輔助診斷系統(tǒng),通過整合基因型、表型及其他遺傳病相關信息進行遺傳病輔助診斷。此外,我中心掛牌兒童健康協(xié)作云中心,并完成和聯(lián)盟醫(yī)院之間案例共享;與上海交通大學、英特爾公司合作開發(fā)基于隱私保護的分布式數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺。開發(fā)醫(yī)學信息分析平臺,建立了四項專病知識庫與病例庫,建立多項醫(yī)學決策分析模型,并開發(fā)影像識別與語義識別的人工智能算法。
Center for Biomedical Informatics
The center focuses on the precision medicine research based on clinical information and biological information. Currently we focus on several national and city projects, including Shanghai Pediatric Precision Medicine Center, Shanghai Smart Health Project, Bioinformatics Platform for SJTU Medical School, etc. We also collaborated with many other hospitals. A genetic disease analysis system GPS has been developed to aid in the diagnosis of genetic diseases through the combining genotype, phenotype and medical record. In addition, the center is part of a child health and collaboration cloud, and has completed the medical record-sharing among different hospitals; A privacy-based, distributed data-sharing platform has been developed with partners from SJTU and Intel. We also focus on set up disease specific knowledge base and clinical database, build multiple clinical dicision model using incomplete data, develop Artificial Intellegence algorithms for clinical NLP and imaging analysis.
