上海交通大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院（原上海第二醫(yī)科大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院）成立于1989年5月,，前身為創(chuàng)建于1955年8月26日的基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)部,。經(jīng)過多年的建設(shè),，基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院已成為上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué),、科研和師資培養(yǎng)的重要基地。
學(xué)院現(xiàn)有國家“雙一流”建設(shè)學(xué)科2個(gè)（基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué),、藥學(xué)）,、國家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科1個(gè)（病理學(xué)與病理生理學(xué)），教育部“211工程”重點(diǎn)建設(shè)學(xué)科4個(gè)（醫(yī)學(xué)分子細(xì)胞生物學(xué),、醫(yī)學(xué)免疫學(xué),、病理學(xué)與病理生理學(xué)、遺傳發(fā)育與生殖生物學(xué)）,、上海高水平地方性大學(xué)建設(shè)學(xué)科2個(gè)（基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué),、藥學(xué)）。自1984年以來,，經(jīng)國務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)先后建立了5個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn),，基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、生物學(xué)2個(gè)博士后流動(dòng)站,，15個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn),，15個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)。
學(xué)院在編職工484人,，其中專任教師294人,，86%獲博士學(xué)位；正高職稱86人，副高職稱108人,；博士生導(dǎo)師85人,，碩士生導(dǎo)師53人。現(xiàn)有特聘教授16名,，PI課題組75個(gè),。中科院院士1人； 國家高層次人才計(jì)劃19人,，國家高層次人才計(jì)劃青年項(xiàng)目26人,；科技部國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃首席科學(xué)家8人； 國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者8人,，國家自然科學(xué)基金委優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者11人,。在學(xué)科基地建設(shè)方面，擁有細(xì)胞分化與凋亡教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,、上海市免疫學(xué)研究所,、生殖醫(yī)學(xué)上海市重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、腫瘤微環(huán)境與炎癥上海市重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室以及上海市知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)-轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心,。
學(xué)院以培養(yǎng)有靈魂的卓越醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新人才為目標(biāo)，以“夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ),，強(qiáng)化綜合,，激發(fā)創(chuàng)新，服務(wù)專業(yè)”為理念,，承擔(dān)了多學(xué)制（四,、五、八年制）,、多專業(yè)（臨床醫(yī)學(xué),、口腔醫(yī)學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué),、護(hù)理學(xué),、醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)、營養(yǎng)學(xué),、預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)等）,，多層次（本科、碩士,、博士）和多種形式（全日制,、繼續(xù)教育、遠(yuǎn)程教育）的基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)工作,。近年來,，學(xué)院開展一系列教學(xué)改革工作，率先采用了“器官系統(tǒng)整合式”教學(xué)模式以及“問題為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)（PBL）”、“探究為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)（RBL）”等新型教學(xué)方法,，加強(qiáng)一流課程建設(shè),，加強(qiáng)課程思政建設(shè)，建立了具有上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院特色的教學(xué)體系,。作為上海市“本科教學(xué)教師激勵(lì)計(jì)劃”的試點(diǎn)單位,，基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院按整合課程體系所建立的19個(gè)理論教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)和5個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)，遵循“團(tuán)隊(duì)牽引,、首席負(fù)責(zé),、全程激勵(lì)、制度保障”原則,，全面推進(jìn)課程改革,。同時(shí)，按學(xué)科建立了14個(gè)課程組,，重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和研究生教育,。我院設(shè)立的全國首個(gè)生物醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)專業(yè)入選教育部“國家一流本科”、教育部基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科招生改革試點(diǎn)“強(qiáng)基計(jì)劃”,、教育部“基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科拔尖學(xué)生培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃2.0”,、“上海高等學(xué)校一流本科建設(shè)引領(lǐng)計(jì)劃”，將凝聚全院一流師資,，造就具備創(chuàng)新思維,、國際視野、遠(yuǎn)大理想,、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)潛能的卓越醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)家和醫(yī)學(xué)教育家,。
The College of Basic Medical Sciences
The College of Basic Medical Sciences was created in May 1989 from the original Basic Medical Department of Shanghai Second Medical University, which itself was founded on August 26, 1955. It provides the foundation for medical teaching, scientific research and teacher cultivation for Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. The college has two national first-class disciplines in basic medicine and pharmacy, one national key discipline (Pathology and Pathophysiology), four key construction disciplines of “211 Project” by Ministry of Education (Medical Molecular Cell Biology, Medical Immunology, Pathology and Pathophysiology, Genetic Development and Reproductive Biology), and two construction disciplines of Shanghai High-level University (Basic Medicine and Pharmacy). Thirty-five degree programs have been established with the approval of the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council since 1984. These include: 5 doctorate programs for first-level disciplines, 15 doctorate programs for second-level disciplines and 15 master's degree programs for second-level disciplines. In addition, 2 post-doctorate programs for basic medicine and biology have also been established.
The college has 484 staff members at present including 294 full-time teachers (86% of whom have doctoral degrees), 86 professors, 108 associate professors, 85 doctoral supervisors, 53 master instructors, 1 Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, 19 National High-level Talent Plan, 26 National High-level Youth Talent Plan, 8 chief scientists of projects by the Ministry of Science and Technology, 8 winners of the “National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars”, and 11 outstanding young scholars of “National Natural Science Foundation”. The college is home to many world-class research conditions including the Key Laboratory of Cell Differentiation and Apoptosis of the National Ministry of Education, the Shanghai Institute of Immunology, the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Reproductive Medicine, the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Tumor Microenvironment and Inflammation, and the Shanghai Translational Medicine Collaborative Innovation Center.
The college cultivates medical talents with different specialties including clinical medicine, stomatology, biomedical sciences, nursing, medical examination, nutrition, and preventive medicine, with different programs including four-year, five-year, and eight-year program, with multilevel degrees including Doctorate, Master's degree, and Bachelor's degree through full-time, continuing or distance education. The College of Basic Medical Science leads the way in education innovation, implement organ system-based integrated curriculum, adopting the new teaching methods, such as "Problem-Based Learning (PBL)" and "Research-Based Learning (RBL)" with the distinctive features of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Currently, 19 theoretical and 5 experimental teaching teams have been established in support of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission's “Teaching Incentive Program" which comprehensively promotes the education reform in basic medical sciences through the principles of “team traction, chief responsibility, whole-process incentive and system guarantee". In addition, 14 discipline groups have been established to promote the construction of teaching resource and the postgraduate education. The first biomedical science major in China established by our college has been selected into the "Leading Plan for the first-class undergraduate construction of Shanghai Higher Education Institutions", gathering the excellent faculty of our college and bringing up the outstanding medical scientists and educators with innovative thinking, international vision, lofty ideals and potential leadership skills.
