上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院兒科學(xué)院（原上海第二醫(yī)科大學(xué)兒科系）始建于1955年，是新中國成立后歷史最為悠久的兒科系之一，她不僅鑄就了赫赫有名的兒科品牌，某種程度上可謂開創(chuàng)了中國兒科醫(yī)學(xué)獨(dú)特的教育體系。歷經(jīng)60余年的歲月洗禮與傳承，從最初的上海第二醫(yī)學(xué)院兒科系到上海第二醫(yī)科大學(xué)兒科系再到上海交大醫(yī)學(xué)院兒科系，直至如今的上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院兒科學(xué)院，兒科人代代相傳，走過了一個(gè)甲子的歲月，書寫了中國兒科醫(yī)學(xué)教育史上的華彩篇章。
目前，兒科學(xué)院綜合實(shí)力雄厚，醫(yī)、教、研綜合水平位居全國前列。學(xué)院以交大醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬新華醫(yī)院、國家兒童醫(yī)學(xué)中心—上海兒童醫(yī)學(xué)中心、上海市兒童醫(yī)院三家醫(yī)院為主體教學(xué)單位，聯(lián)合醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬瑞金醫(yī)院、仁濟(jì)醫(yī)院、市一醫(yī)院、市六醫(yī)院、市九醫(yī)院、國婦嬰五大綜合醫(yī)院兒科以及國際和平婦幼保健院新生兒科，搭建強(qiáng)大的兒科醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研綜合平臺(tái)。學(xué)院擁有6個(gè)國家臨床重點(diǎn)專科，8個(gè)教育部和上海市重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，7個(gè)省部級兒科醫(yī)療診治中心，以及數(shù)十支省部級高層次兒科人才隊(duì)伍。各附屬醫(yī)院共開放兒科床位數(shù)2267張，年門急診人次近600萬，年住院人次10余萬，每年開展各類手術(shù)10萬余臺(tái)。同時(shí)，作為國家級住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)基地、國家級兒童早期發(fā)展示范基地、新生兒圍產(chǎn)專科基地和小兒麻醉專科基地，每年培養(yǎng)近千名兒科專業(yè)（方向）本科生、研究生以及住規(guī)培和專培醫(yī)生。學(xué)院現(xiàn)有兒科專業(yè)相關(guān)臨床教師960人，其中高級職稱教師占52%，博士生導(dǎo)師67人，碩士生導(dǎo)師105人，承擔(dān)各類國家、省部級科研項(xiàng)目，主編8本國家級兒科專業(yè)規(guī)劃教材，開設(shè)的《兒科學(xué)》課程獲國家級精品資源共享課，
近年，學(xué)院積極配合醫(yī)學(xué)院教育教學(xué)改革工作，率先采用兒科學(xué)專業(yè)“5+3”一體化培養(yǎng)模式，全面研制并扎實(shí)推進(jìn)“以培養(yǎng)卓越兒科醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新人才為目標(biāo)，以器官系統(tǒng)整合式課程體系為框架，建立以學(xué)生為中心、以能力培養(yǎng)為核心、以崗位勝任力為導(dǎo)向”的培養(yǎng)體系，力爭為國家培養(yǎng)更多具有高尚思想品德和職業(yè)道德、具備科研思維、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神、溝通能力、健康宣教意識(shí)、終身學(xué)習(xí)能力、國際化視野，并且身心健康的卓越兒科醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新人才。
Pediatric College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine
Pediatric College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (the former Department of Pediatrics, Shanghai Second Medical University) was founded in 1955. It is one of the pediatric departments with the longest history after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. After more than 60 years of the baptism and inheritance, from the original Department of Pediatrics, Shanghai Second Medical College, until now the Pediatric College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, from generation to generation, it has been writing the glorious chapters in Chinese history of pediatric medical education.
Currently, the School of Pediatrics has 3 main teaching hospitals, which are Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Children’s Medical Center and Shanghai Children’s Hospital, other departments of pediatrics in general hospitals affiliated to SJTU School of Medicine are also included. All these hospitals has a total number of 2,267 pediatric beds, almost 60,000 outpatients and emergency visits, more than 100,000 of inpatients and about 100,000 surgeries annually, which set up a comprehensive platform for pediatric medical treatment, education and scientific researches.
The Pediatric College has 6 national key clinical specialties, 8 national/Shanghai key laboratory, 7 national/Shanghai pediatric diagnosis and treatment centers, as well as dozens of high-level pediatric talents teams. At the same time, as the National Standardized training Base for resident doctors, National demonstration Base for Early childhood Development, Neonatal perinatal Specialist Base and Pediatric anesthesia Specialist Base, the Pediatric College has 960 clinical teachers (40% of whom have high professional titles), 67 doctoral supervisors and 105 master supervisors. Nearly 1000 pediatric specialty (direction) undergraduate and graduate students, as well as residential and specialized doctors are trained each year. The “Pediatrics” has been awarded National quality Shared Course in 2014.
In recent years, the School of Pediatrics actively cooperates the reform in medical education of SJTU School of Medicine, and promote a new Pediatrics “5+3” integrated cultivation mode for pediatric students. This mode established a “student-centered and competency-based” training system in order to achieve the goal of cultivating the “innovative medical talents with soul” and also with professional ethics, scientific research thinking, team spirit, communication skills, public healthcare awareness, lifelong self-learning ability and international vision.
