上海交通大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)院的前身是建立于1932年的震旦大學(xué)牙醫(yī)系，是全國最早設(shè)立的口腔學(xué)院之一。學(xué)科是國家口腔醫(yī)學(xué)中心和國家口腔疾病臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心建設(shè)單位、首批國家重點學(xué)科、首批211工程建設(shè)學(xué)科、首批“雙一流”建設(shè)學(xué)科和首批國家一流本科專業(yè)建設(shè)點。此外，學(xué)科專業(yè)陸續(xù)入選國家臨床重點專科，是中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院口腔醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新單元和教育部第一批高等學(xué)校特色專業(yè)建設(shè)點。擁有兩位中國工程院院士，培養(yǎng)了包括長江學(xué)者、國家杰青在內(nèi)的國家級人才11人次。學(xué)院擁有上海市口腔醫(yī)學(xué)研究所、上海市口腔醫(yī)學(xué)重點實驗室、上海市口腔材料測試中心、上海市口腔臨床質(zhì)量控制中心、上海口腔醫(yī)學(xué)先進(jìn)技術(shù)與材料工程技術(shù)研究中心，并成立了上海-悉尼聯(lián)合研究中心—生物工程與再生醫(yī)學(xué)聯(lián)合實驗室。學(xué)院承擔(dān)包括國家自然科學(xué)基金創(chuàng)新研究群體，國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目等支撐國家創(chuàng)新體系的重要科研項目，并獲國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎2項。堅持“立德樹人”，創(chuàng)立并發(fā)展了創(chuàng)新能力導(dǎo)向的口腔學(xué)生培養(yǎng)模式，教學(xué)實踐改革獲國家級教學(xué)成果獎二等獎。學(xué)院教師70人次在國內(nèi)外重要組織擔(dān)任了包括國際口腔修復(fù)醫(yī)師學(xué)會主席、國際口腔頜面外科醫(yī)師協(xié)會理事、國際口腔癌協(xié)會理事等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù)。學(xué)院擁有6個國際培訓(xùn)中心，成功申辦首次在中國舉辦的國際口腔修復(fù)學(xué)會雙年會。近年來與40余家境內(nèi)外高校和機(jī)構(gòu)簽訂合作協(xié)議，每年選派學(xué)生前往“一帶一路”國家進(jìn)行交流學(xué)習(xí)。
The College of Stomatology SJTU, formerly known as Dental School of Aurora University , was founded in 1932. The college has National Center of Stomatology,National Clinical Research Center for Oral Diseases, the first batch of national key disciplines, 211 project, the Project "Double First-Class", and the national first-class undergraduate specialty. In addition, disciplines have been selected into the national key clinical specialties. Meanwhile the discipline is the research unit of oral and maxillofacial regenerative medicine of Chinese Academy of Medical Science and the first batch of characteristic specialty construction sites of the Ministry of Education. The college has 11 national talents led by 2 academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering (Qiu Weiliu and Zhang Zhiyuan),including Changjiang Scholars and national outstanding youth. The college has Shanghai Institute of Stomatology, Shanghai Key Laboratory of Stomatology, Shanghai Material Testing Center of Stomatology, Shanghai Clinical Quality Control Center of Stomatology, Shanghai advanced technology and material engineering technology research center of Stomatology, and established Shanghai-Sydney Joint Research Alliance Joint Bioengineering and Regenerative Medicine Lab. The college undertakes National Natural Science Foundation for innovative research group, National key R&D projects and other important scientific research projects. Adhering to the principle of "Building Morality and cultivating people", we have established an innovative ability oriented training mode, and the reform of teaching practice has won the second prize of the national teaching achievement award. Seventy teachers have served in important organizations at home and abroad, including the president of the International College of Prosthodontists, the director of the International Association of oral and maxillofacial surgeons and the director of the International Association of oral cancer. The college has six international training centers and successfully applied for the first biennial meeting of the International College of Prosthodontists held in China. In recent years, the college has signed cooperation agreements with more than 40 universities and institutions at home and abroad. Students are sent to countries of “Belt and Road” each year to exchange.
