2022年11月22日,,在國際知名全學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)出版機(jī)構(gòu)——細(xì)胞出版社(Cell Press)最新的一項(xiàng)關(guān)于2021年中國科學(xué)家在Cell Press旗下期刊的研究性論文回顧中,全面展示了中國科學(xué)在研究活躍度,、學(xué)術(shù)影響力,、開放共享等多個(gè)方面的優(yōu)異表現(xiàn),。經(jīng)期刊編輯提名,、第三方專家委員會的獨(dú)立評審,并綜合論文下載量,、引用量和領(lǐng)域內(nèi)突破性等權(quán)衡標(biāo)準(zhǔn),,細(xì)胞出版社從中評選出了生命科學(xué)領(lǐng)域、物質(zhì)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域,、醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,、交叉學(xué)科領(lǐng)域 “細(xì)胞出版社 2021 中國年度論文” 共35篇(醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域 5 篇,其他三個(gè)領(lǐng)域各 10 篇),。另經(jīng)網(wǎng)友投票,,評出 “細(xì)胞出版社 2021 年度最受歡迎中國論文” 共 20 篇(每個(gè)領(lǐng)域 5 篇),。

2021年7月27日,,上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院上海市免疫學(xué)研究所蘇冰教授團(tuán)隊(duì)聯(lián)合免疫所沈蕾研究員, 法國馬賽呂米尼免疫中心CIML Eric Vivier 教授團(tuán)隊(duì)在Cell Press細(xì)胞出版社期刊Cell Reports Medicine期刊發(fā)表題為“Single-cell transcriptomic landscape reveals tumor specific innate lymphoid cells associated with colorectal cancer progression”的學(xué)術(shù)論文,。該研究通過單細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)錄組測序手段首次系統(tǒng)描繪了健康人及結(jié)直腸癌(Colorectal Cancer,,CRC)患者外周血、癌旁及癌癥組織中天然淋巴細(xì)胞(Innate lymphoid cells,,ILCs)的細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)錄圖譜,,揭示了結(jié)直腸癌腫瘤特異的ILCs亞群,及潛在的腫瘤預(yù)后標(biāo)志物SLAMF1,,為進(jìn)一步研究ILCs在結(jié)直腸癌中的功能及臨床轉(zhuǎn)化提供了新思路,。

2021年1月15日,上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院上海市免疫學(xué)研究所梁啟明研究員團(tuán)隊(duì)聯(lián)合復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬公共衛(wèi)生臨床中心朱同玉團(tuán)隊(duì),、中國科學(xué)院上海高等研究院國家蛋白質(zhì)科學(xué)研究(上海)設(shè)施質(zhì)譜系統(tǒng)彭超團(tuán)隊(duì)在Cell Press旗下Med期刊上發(fā)表“Virus-Host Interactome and Proteomic Survey Reveal Potential Virulence Factors Influencing SARS-CoV-2 Pathogenesis”原創(chuàng)性研究成果,,通過系統(tǒng)地構(gòu)建了SARS-CoV-2病毒蛋白與宿主蛋白互作網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖譜,并對COVID-19患者PBMC樣本進(jìn)行了定量蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)分析,,探索了nsp10通過靶向NKRF調(diào)節(jié)IL-8的表達(dá),,揭示了SARS-CoV-2觸發(fā)宿主細(xì)胞因子風(fēng)暴免疫應(yīng)答反應(yīng)的潛在機(jī)制,該研究為SARS-CoV-2致病機(jī)理的研究和抗病毒藥物的研發(fā)提供了重要的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),。
