李辰博士畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所,,獲生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位;2006-2020,,中國科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院,,生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所,期間聘任為副研究員,。2020年3月加入上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院單細(xì)胞組學(xué)與疾病研究中心,,任蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)與代謝組學(xué)平臺主任。
主要從事單細(xì)胞與空間分辨蛋白質(zhì)組技術(shù)的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用,;質(zhì)譜技術(shù)的開發(fā)及其在癌癥,、疾病動物模型,、心血管疾病和信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑研究的應(yīng)用,;結(jié)直腸癌、胰腺癌,、肺癌的蛋白質(zhì)基因組學(xué)等多組學(xué)研究,。發(fā)表SCI研究論文24篇(Cancer Cell, Genom. Proteom. Bioinf., Cell Discov., J Mol Cell Biol., Cell Res., Nat Chem Biol.等),參與編撰國際系列叢書1部,,參與編撰科學(xué)書籍1部,。參與申請中國發(fā)明專利27項,其中12項獲得授權(quán),。主持國家及省部級項目3項,,參與科技部973計劃、國自然重大研究計劃,、國家重點研發(fā)計劃重點專項,、中科院戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)科技專項等10項。獲賽諾菲—中科院上海生科院優(yōu)秀青年人才獎勵基金,,入選上海市科技專家?guī)?、浦東新區(qū)科技專家?guī)臁?dān)任GPB,、WJG等期刊審稿人,。
