Bio
Master of medicine, assistant researcher. began working in July 1993. He has successively served as the chief of the Academic Affairs Section, the chief of the Personnel Mobility Section, the Deputy Director of the Personnel Office, the Deputy Director of the International Exchange Department of School of Medicine, the Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, the Vice President of the Party School, the Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch, the Vice Dean, the General Branch Secretary of the School of Nursing, the Director of the International Exchange Office and the Deputy Director of the Department of Chinese Forensic Medicine. From June 2006 to September 2006, he studied at the Wisconsin Medical College in Wisconsin, USA. In 2011, he was rated as an advanced individual in Shanghai's education system "Serving the World Expo and Dedicating the World Expo" to create an education pioneer.
