Research Areas: sociology in health policy implementation
RESEARCH FOCUS
Health Policy and System Research from the angle of sociology, sociological phenomena within the area of health policy implementation and policy interaction with its social backdrop (which are tremendously fascinating), e.g. the forming of the profession of family doctor in China; institutional embeddedness of family doctor service; Work-Unit culture and public hospital reform.

2016-2018 post doctor in School of Public Health in Shanghai JiaoTong University
2012-2016 PhD. In Health Administration from Fudan University, co-tutored in Sydney University.
2007-2009 Master education in Healthcare Management in the Tongji Medical college
