About
Dr. MU’s researches focus on the Tumor Microenvironment and Preventive Medicine, include in the cellular interaction in human microenvironment and the mechanism of tumor formation, metastasis and microenvironment signal regulation.
Exosome/extracellular vesicle-mediated disease microenvironment: The intracellular transport mechanism of exosome was utilized to elucidate the toxic molecular pathway, and the difficulties in tumor metastasis and microenvironment signal regulation were systematically studied.
Toxic effects of environmental pollutants and foodborne diseases: multi-omics analysis of intestinal flora and metabolic pathway study, in-depth elaboration of environmental and food pollutants, food new materials and other toxic mechanisms at molecular, cellular and animal levels;
-
Signal regulation of non-coding RNA and CeRNA network: By means of systems biology, bioinformatics and molecular biology, the harmful outcome paths of CeRNA network in the occurrence and development of diseases caused by pollutants were comprehensively and systematically explored.
