國際交流項目
學(xué)院自2015年起開設(shè)了暑期海外游學(xué)項目，2015年7月-9月共組織21名學(xué)生（含本科生、研究生）前往澳大利亞悉尼大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院進行為期8周的游學(xué)；2016年7月-8月共組織18名學(xué)生含本科生、研究生）前往澳大利亞悉尼大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院進行為期6周的游學(xué)。游學(xué)內(nèi)容包括公共衛(wèi)生相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)容以及英語學(xué)習(xí)。
此外，學(xué)院還在積極與美國一些高校洽談暑假游學(xué)項目，不斷開拓海外游學(xué)市場。 公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院2016年海外游學(xué)項目實施方案 游學(xué)院校：悉尼大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院 游學(xué)時間：2016年7月-8月（為期6周） 游學(xué)課程： Lead Teaching Team, School of Public Health, Sydney University - Professor Glenn Salkeld, Head of School, extensive experience in public health teaching,

all modules - principles of NCDs, WHO perspectives, importance in global

申報對象： 預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大一至大四學(xué)生、營養(yǎng)專業(yè)大一至大三學(xué)生 申報條件：入學(xué)以來無違紀處分記錄，考試無不及格（不含補考重修合格），具有一定的英語溝通能力。（詳細條例可參照學(xué)生手冊） 申報方式： - 填寫《上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院學(xué)生出國（境）學(xué)習(xí)交流申請表》（附件一）和《上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院出國交流學(xué)生教學(xué)登記表》（附件二）
- 遞交書面申請，寫明個人情況、家庭情況、出游目的等。需本人及家長簽字（不可代簽）。
- 入學(xué)以來成績大表
(以上三份紙質(zhì)材料需一式三份上交至輔導(dǎo)員) 筆試與面試： 對于符合基本條件的學(xué)生，學(xué)院會統(tǒng)一安排筆試、面試，最終確定游學(xué)名單，并上網(wǎng)公布。 - 網(wǎng)上測試
- 澳方面試
確定錄取名單者需在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)提供出入境相關(guān)資料，由學(xué)院統(tǒng)一辦理，所需費用由學(xué)生承擔。個人簽證由學(xué)生自行辦理。 學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換： 1、填寫《上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院出國交流本科生學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換申請表》（附件三）和《Shanghai Jiao Tong University
