個(gè)人簡介

2003年畢業(yè)于沈陽藥科大學(xué),,獲藥理學(xué)博士學(xué)位(2000-2001年于日本大冢制藥株式會社研究所進(jìn)行博士課題研究),。2003-2006年于日本國立醫(yī)藥品食品衛(wèi)生研究所(NIHS)從事博士后研究(遺傳毒理學(xué)),。2006-2013年受聘于中科院上海藥物研究所藥物安全性評價(jià)與研究中心毒理研究部門并入選上海市浦江人才計(jì)劃,。受聘期間,于2012年1月至4月作為作為訪問學(xué)者在美國FDA國家毒理研究院進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流,;于2012年5月至11月作為新藥審評員在國家藥品監(jiān)督管理局藥品審評中心進(jìn)行新藥審評工作,。2013年起任上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院研究員、毒理學(xué)課題研究組組長和公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺主任,。作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目4項(xiàng),、青年基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng);作為主要參與人參與國家自然科學(xué)基金重大項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng);指導(dǎo)課題組博士后獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),。

研究方向和成果

研究方向?yàn)檫z傳毒理,,主要為新技術(shù)開發(fā)和外源化合物毒性機(jī)理研究.構(gòu)建了本研究領(lǐng)域較為前沿的體內(nèi)、體外試驗(yàn)?zāi)P图胺椒?;探索的新技術(shù)包括基于一致性測序的低頻突變檢測方法,,新遺傳學(xué)損傷效應(yīng)標(biāo)志人外周血PIG-A基因突變試驗(yàn),基于微流控和微孔板體系的單線蟲高通量毒性測試方法等,;此外,,通過DNA加合物檢測、體外培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞DNA損傷,、染色體畸變和基因突變檢測、轉(zhuǎn)基因動物基因突變檢測等體系,,結(jié)合分子生物學(xué)手段,,對環(huán)境污染物及中藥有毒成分進(jìn)行毒性評價(jià)和機(jī)制研究。
