1983-1993年就讀于北京大學(xué)化學(xué)系(現(xiàn)北京大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子工程學(xué)院),,依次獲學(xué)士學(xué)位(1987年),、碩士學(xué)位(1990年,,有機(jī)化學(xué))和博士學(xué)位(1993年,,有機(jī)化學(xué)),。1993-1996年在中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所蔣錫夔院士課題組進(jìn)行博士后研究,,1996-1998年在以色列魏茨曼科學(xué)研究所(Weizmann Institute of Science)有機(jī)化學(xué)系從事視紫紅質(zhì)(rhodopsin)研究,,1999-2006年先后在美國(guó)威斯康星大學(xué)(University of Wisconsin-Madison)生物化學(xué)系和比較生物科學(xué)系從事固氮酶(nitrogenase)研究和1,3-丁二烯毒理研究,,2006-2008年在美國(guó)阿姆斯特學(xué)院(Amherst College)化學(xué)系從事蛋白質(zhì)酪氨酸磷酸酶(protein tyrosine phosphatases)研究,,2008-2017年在上海大學(xué)環(huán)境與化學(xué)工程學(xué)院環(huán)境污染與健康研究所任研究員,2017年至今任上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院研究員,。主要從事化合物代謝,、遺傳毒性、DNA加合物和致癌機(jī)理的研究,,研究領(lǐng)域涉及化學(xué),、毒理學(xué),、生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)以及環(huán)境科學(xué),。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng),,在毒理學(xué)、分析化學(xué)和環(huán)境科學(xué)等學(xué)科國(guó)際知名期刊如Chemical Research in Toxicology,、Analytical Chemistry和Environment International等發(fā)表論文20余篇,,受邀撰寫《Advances in Molecular Toxicology》(Vol. 12,Elsevier出版集團(tuán))中的一章,。2017年獲上海市自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)三等獎(jiǎng),,是多個(gè)專業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員,包括美國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì),、中國(guó)毒理學(xué)會(huì),、中國(guó)環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)(高級(jí)會(huì)員)和中國(guó)藥理學(xué)會(huì)(藥物代謝專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員),并任Toxicology and Applied Pharmacology雜志編委,。

主要研究方向

外源性和內(nèi)源性化合物的代謝,、遺傳毒性、DNA加合物,、生物標(biāo)志以及毒性和致癌性的分子機(jī)理,。外源性化合物包括環(huán)境污染物(尤其是以1,3-丁二烯為代表的烯烴類污染物)和天然化合物(如中藥有效成分馬兜鈴酸),內(nèi)源性化合物包括血紅素和膽紅素等,。目前進(jìn)行的具體研究方向如下:

1. 髓過氧化酶(myeloperoxidase)和中性粒細(xì)胞參與的代謝,、代謝產(chǎn)物和生物標(biāo)志,以及這種代謝與炎癥和慢性疾病的關(guān)系,;

2. 膽紅素降解產(chǎn)物與蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血并發(fā)癥的關(guān)聯(lián),。
