個人簡介
黃蛟靈,，復旦大學與俄亥俄州立大學聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士。關(guān)注弱勢人群與健康公平性,，過去十年持續(xù)追蹤研究家庭醫(yī)生與社區(qū)健康管理,。以第一/通訊作者發(fā)表論文80余篇，以第一負責人主持國家自然科學基金青年/面上,、上海市科委/衛(wèi)健委/醫(yī)保資助項目16項，同時參與社科/自科重大項目,、科技部重點項目,、上海市三年公共衛(wèi)生行動計劃等20余項?；谘芯砍晒?/span>推動上海市家庭醫(yī)生簽約服務(wù)費,、社區(qū)慢病長處方、醫(yī)保信用評價等政策出臺與落地應(yīng)用,。擔任上海市防疫督察專家,、上海市智庫平臺專家，提交政策專報30余篇,，獲得上海市主要領(lǐng)導批示與感謝嘉獎,。
研究方向

社區(qū)衛(wèi)生與健康管理：持續(xù)十年追蹤家庭醫(yī)生制度變遷，關(guān)注經(jīng)濟適宜,、公平可及的初級衛(wèi)生保健服務(wù)與人群健康,。

衛(wèi)生政策與系統(tǒng)仿真：通過SD/ABD等系統(tǒng)建模工具，構(gòu)建衛(wèi)生政策的虛擬仿真系統(tǒng),，測試不同干預(yù)政策的有效性與未來發(fā)展趨勢,。

醫(yī)療保障與健康公平性：關(guān)注農(nóng)民工、殘疾人,、大病患者等相對弱勢人群的就醫(yī)可及性,、醫(yī)療費用與保障等問題。

數(shù)據(jù)治理與方法應(yīng)用：關(guān)注大數(shù)據(jù)治理,、自然語言處理,、機器學習等方法在衛(wèi)生政策領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,。
教學工作
面向預(yù)防醫(yī)學與臨床醫(yī)學，講授《社會醫(yī)學與衛(wèi)生事業(yè)管理》,、《高級衛(wèi)生經(jīng)濟學》,、《衛(wèi)生經(jīng)濟與政策》、《社會醫(yī)學》,、《衛(wèi)生事業(yè)管理》,、《循證醫(yī)學》等多門必修與選修課程。
