個人簡介

1996年于南京大學獲生物化學學士學位,1999年于南京大學獲生物化學和分子生物學碩士學位,2005年于加州大學洛杉磯分校獲生物化學和分子生物學博士學位,。2005-2010年于瑞士蘇黎世大學分子生物學研究所從事博士后研究。

2010年受聘于中科院上海生命科學研究院系統(tǒng)生物學重點實驗室,,任研究員、研究組長,;2013-2018年任中科院上海生命科學研究院營養(yǎng)科學研究所研究員,、研究組長;2018年起任上海交通大學醫(yī)學院公共衛(wèi)生學院研究員,、研究組長。2010年入選中科院百人計劃并獲擇優(yōu)支持,;2013年獲國家優(yōu)秀青年科學基金資助,。主持國家自然科學基金項目6項、上海市教委科研創(chuàng)新計劃重大項目1項,。

多年從事腫瘤與代謝疾病研究,。主要研究外因(如飲食、環(huán)境等)和內(nèi)因(基因功能異常)誘導的信號通路的失調(diào)與營養(yǎng)健康的失衡及疾病發(fā)生的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,。通過研究從外界進入的納米結(jié)構(gòu)/載體和細胞內(nèi)的調(diào)控因子對營養(yǎng)代謝和穩(wěn)態(tài)維持信號通路的調(diào)控和干涉,,闡明營養(yǎng)健康失衡及疾病發(fā)生的分子機理,為癌癥,、糖尿病,、神經(jīng)退行性疾病等重大疾病的預防與治療提供應對手段或潛在靶點。作為通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文36篇(其中22篇影響因子大于10,;12篇影響因子大于20,;平均影響因子16.0),以主編,、副主編,、副主譯、編者身份出版專著4部,。


研究方向和成果

2,、納米結(jié)構(gòu)與納米載體的生物學效應:揭示食品用和醫(yī)用納米材料在代謝平衡、衰老和慢性疾病等生理和病理過程中的長期作用(2020, Adv Mater, IF=32.1; 2019, Mater Horiz, IF=15.7; 2016, Adv Mater, IF=32.1; 2014, Small, IF=15.2; 2016, Theranostics, IF=11.6; etc),。

3,、營養(yǎng)代謝和穩(wěn)態(tài)維持信號通路的分子機理:WntHippo,、JNKAMPK信號通路控制著包括胚胎和器官發(fā)育,、代謝和穩(wěn)態(tài)平衡、干細胞維持等重要生理和病變過程,。這些信號通路的失調(diào)與多種重大疾病如糖尿病和癌癥密切相關(guān),。我們致力于尋找這些信號通路中未知的調(diào)控基因和調(diào)節(jié)機制(2013, Dev Cell, IF=13.4; 2018, Cell Rep, IF=10.0; etc)。
