2017年畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)并獲得生物信息學(xué)博士學(xué)位,,曾在碩博連讀期間聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)于美國(guó)德克薩斯大學(xué)生物統(tǒng)計(jì)系,;2017年進(jìn)入上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院工作,;2019-2020年于喬治亞大學(xué)生物信息中心開展訪問研究工作,。主要從事精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)與公共健康相關(guān)研究,?;谌祟愡z傳學(xué),、基因組學(xué)及臨床表型數(shù)據(jù),,深入研究復(fù)雜疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中的遺傳因素與環(huán)境因素的交互作用,構(gòu)建廣泛應(yīng)用的健康指數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系并建立健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),,系統(tǒng)性地探討和發(fā)展用于復(fù)雜疾病預(yù)防的新技術(shù)和新方法,。以第一承擔(dān)人獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金一項(xiàng),校級(jí)課題兩項(xiàng),,參與國(guó)家級(jí)和省部級(jí)多項(xiàng)課題研究,。研究成果發(fā)表在Molecular Biology and Evolution, Genomics Proteomics and Bioinformatics, Brain Behaviour and Immunity等國(guó)際一流雜志,累積發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,。學(xué)術(shù)兼職為國(guó)際MAQC學(xué)會(huì)(組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量控制學(xué)會(huì))會(huì)員,、美國(guó)人類遺傳學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員(ASHG)、分子生物與進(jìn)化學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)(SMBE)和中國(guó)生物工程學(xué)會(huì)暨全國(guó)計(jì)算生物學(xué)和生物信息學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員,。擔(dān)任Briefing in Bioinformatics,、Genome Biology and Evolution、Current Drug Metabolism等多家SCI雜志審稿人,。
研究方向:
基因組學(xué)與精準(zhǔn)公共衛(wèi)生:利用基因組學(xué)和其他大數(shù)據(jù)和人工智能來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)疾病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和與結(jié)果,,用于改善群體健康;
基于多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)整合的復(fù)雜疾病靶標(biāo)預(yù)測(cè)研究,;
