2003-2007年畢業(yè)于英國愛丁堡大學,獲生物技術學士學位,;2008-2009年畢業(yè)于英國劍橋大學,,獲生物信息學碩士學位;2012-2016年畢業(yè)于英國劍橋大學,,獲生物信息學博士學位,。期間曾在輝瑞制藥,桑格基因研究所,,劍橋大學血液系工作實習,。2016-2020年于英國劍橋大學干細胞所Bertie Gottgens教授實驗室任博士后,主要負責生物大數據分析,、分析流程的構建以及相關算法的優(yōu)化和開發(fā),。特別是利用單細胞多組學測序技術,研究心臟早期發(fā)育,、心臟損傷修復以及血液分化和各種血液疾病模型,,通過生物信息學方法揭示細胞異質性,并開發(fā)新的細胞分化途徑算法,,以闡明底層的分子調控機制,。共發(fā)表論文15篇,其中近5年發(fā)表Science 1篇(2018,,IF 41.845,,共同一作第二位),Nature Communications 1篇(2020,,IF 12.124,,共同一作第二位),OncoImmunology 1 篇(2021,,IF 5.869,,一作),Development 1篇(2020,,IF 5.843,,共同一作第二位)。
主要研究方向
通過單細胞多組學測序,,從造血角度,,在細胞和分子層面解讀心血管疾病,特別是動脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)生與發(fā)展,。相關結果將為未來醫(yī)療轉化提供一個新的視角,,可以通過調控造血的方式,,來防范動脈粥樣硬化和/或減輕疾病癥狀。
