個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

2009年于山東大學(xué)獲軟件工程學(xué)士學(xué)位,,2013年于香港城市大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)系獲得生物信息學(xué)博士學(xué)位,。2014-2019年于美國(guó)哥倫比亞大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)中心系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)系從事博士后研究并晉升為副研究員,。2019-2023年在中國(guó)科學(xué)院生物物理所任研究員,。于2023年加入上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院,。長(zhǎng)期從事生物信息學(xué)研究,,致力于用計(jì)算手段解決重要的生物醫(yī)學(xué)問題,文章發(fā)表在Cell, Nature Immunology, Cell Reports等期刊上,,其中三篇入選ESI高被引用論文,。入選2020年度“中國(guó)科協(xié)青年人才托舉工程”計(jì)劃,獲得2021年度生物信息學(xué)十大進(jìn)展獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng),。目前主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng),,作為子課題組長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)家科技部科技創(chuàng)新2030重大項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng),作為項(xiàng)目骨干參與科技部國(guó)家重點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃一項(xiàng),。

研究方向

1.運(yùn)用單細(xì)胞多組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)分析建模細(xì)胞在健康/疾病狀態(tài)下的細(xì)胞亞群發(fā)育分化路徑及關(guān)鍵調(diào)控轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,。

2.開發(fā)新型單細(xì)胞多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)分析工具和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。
