張成東，復(fù)旦大學(xué)生物信息學(xué)博士,；長期致力于生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的新型計算方法,、工具以及數(shù)據(jù)庫的研究或開發(fā)，重視計算方法與特定實(shí)驗方法的結(jié)合,。研究的主要領(lǐng)域包括：1.基于機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)/深度學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù)的基因編輯系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計,；2.組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和知識發(fā)現(xiàn)研究。近五年共發(fā)表第一作者（包括共同一作）SCI文章9篇,，獲得專利1項,，軟件著作權(quán)1項。受邀擔(dān)任Frontiers in Genetics雜志的主題編輯,。
