2006年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所,,獲生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位,;2006-2020,中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院,,生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所,,期間聘任為副研究員。2020年3月加入上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院?jiǎn)渭?xì)胞組學(xué)與疾病研究中心,,任質(zhì)譜平臺(tái)負(fù)責(zé)人,。2020年12月破格晉升為研究員。發(fā)表SCI研究論文22篇(Cancer Cell, Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics, Cell Death Dis., J Mol Cell Biol., Cell Res., Nat Chem Biol.等),參與編撰國(guó)際系列叢書(shū)《Methods Mol Biol.》1部,、專業(yè)書(shū)籍《蛋白質(zhì)化學(xué)與蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)》1部,。參與申請(qǐng)中國(guó)發(fā)明專利25項(xiàng),其中12項(xiàng)獲得授權(quán),。

主要研究方向:
主要從事質(zhì)譜技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)及其在癌癥,、疾病動(dòng)物模型、心血管疾病和信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑研究的應(yīng)用,,結(jié)直腸癌,、胰腺癌、肺癌的蛋白質(zhì)基因組學(xué)等多組學(xué)研究,。
