Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine was founded in 1920. In 2015, the Third People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine was reorganized and merged into Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital.
