Biography
Dr. Bin Wei, Doctor of medicine, Senior doctor and vice director of Department of Stomatology Special Consultation Clinic, Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; College of Stomatology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research mainly focuses on new dental materials, new digital technology, and its applications. He specializes in implant restoration and digital esthetic restoration. Dr. Wei has hosted and participated in several research projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission foundation, and etc.; and he has published more than 10 SCI articles. He is the committee member of National Dental Prosthodontics Professional Committee and shoulder other academic positions. Simultaneously, he participated in the compilation of textbooks, obtained 2 national patents, and won the Second Class Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award.
