Biography
Dr. Jun Wang, professor and director of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, College of Stomatology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She is also the chairman designate of the Chinese Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and the chairman of the Shanghai Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Her researches mainly focus on tooth development, including the effects of hnRNP L on mouse ameloblast development and ameloblast lineage; WTAP mediates m6A RNA methylation to regulate enamel development and its mechanism; Raptor/mTORC1 regulates odontoblast differentiation, etc. In addition, she is interested in clinical research, such as the effect of autologous platelet concentrates in regenerative endodontics and the prognosis of vital pulp therapy for irreversible pulpitis in immature teeth.
