Biography
Prof. Zhang Hong leads a team that has long been dedicated to the detection of pathogenic bacteria of childhood infectious diseases and research related to clinically focused drug-resistant pathogens. The team mainly focuses on clinical and translational medicine research on viral infectious diseases, multi-drug resistant bacteria and rare bacterial infectious diseases, and fungal infectious diseases in childhood groups. He has published 30 SCI papers in international journals such as Microbiol Spectr,mSphere, Frontiers in Microbiology, Frontiers in cellular and infection microbiology, Frontiers in Public Health, etc. with first and He has published more than 30 SCI papers in international journals such as Frontiers in Microbiology, Frontiers in cellular and infection microbiology and Frontiers in Public Health. He has a molecular detection platform for multiple pathogens in the respiratory tract, a nucleic acid/protein mass spectrometry platform for pathogenic bacteria, and a second-generation macro-genetic sequencing platform. The invasive fungal infection detection platform, as well as the potential protein/serological marker screening and translation platform for childhood infectious diseases relying on the infectious disease biospecimen repository, have a certain influence in the domestic childhood bacterial and fungal infections. Academic positions: Member of the Academic Committee of the National Bacterial Drug Resistance Surveillance Network, Standing Committee of the Clinical Laboratory and Diagnostic Committee of the Chinese Women and Children's Association, Vice Chairman of the Clinical Validation Group of the Adolescent Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Clinical Microbiology Committee, Member of the Shanghai Expert Committee on Rational Use of Antibacterial Drugs, Editorial Board Member of the Chinese Medical Laboratory and Laboratory Medicine.
