Biography

Ying Wu, female, MD of Fudan University, chief physician, master's supervisor, visiting scholar of Vanderbilt University Medical Center, USA.She is currently the Vice Chairman of the Renal Pathology Diagnosis Collaborative Group of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Physicians Association, a member of the Standing Committee of the Pathology Equipment Branch of the Chinese Medical Equipment Association, as well as a member of the Renal and Alternative Therapy Group of the Pediatric Clinical and Health Care Branch of the Chinese Eugenics Association, the Glomerular Diseases and Renal Pathology Group of the Nephrology Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association, and the Pediatric Committee of the Shanghai Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine.

He has been engaged in clinical, teaching and research work in pediatric nephrology for more than 20 years, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of various primary and secondary renal diseases in children such as refractory nephrotic syndrome, IgA nephropathy, purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis, and hereditary nephropathy. His research interests include the repair of podocyte damage and the pathogenesis of proteinuria, as well as research related to drug-related kidney injury. In the past ten years, he has also been doing renal pathology diagnosis in children, and has also accumulated rich experience in diagnosis, and started to explore in artificial intelligence-assisted renal pathology diagnosis. He is in charge of many projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Shanghai Municipal Health Planning Commission and Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College, and participated in many national natural science funds. He has published more than 30 professional academic papers as correspondent and first author, and edited two monographs.
