Biography
Hong Sun, female, researcher at Shanghai Children's Hospital, postgraduate supervisor, PhD graduate from Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her research interests include: human genetics and genomics: human functional genomics research; human disease genomics research, disease related genetic polymorphism screening analysis; combining systems biology, evolutionary biology, big data and other means to analyze the function and evolution mechanism of genomic functional elements; medical genetics: Taking human diseases as the research object, using computational biology and genomics as the means to analyze human genomic data and phenomic data, identify pathogenic mutations and risk factors of complex diseases, and understand the genetic laws and genetic material basis of human diseases; Bioinformatics. Currently, he has published 19 SCI papers.
