Brain tumor research
Dr.Ma’s research focuses on brain tumor tissue bank and we collected more than 1000 pediatric patients with brain tumors. We have performed large scale genetic screen and successfully identified druggable genes. We focused on chromatin remodeling, epigenetic modifications, DNA methylation profiling and their roles in medulloblastoma metastasis.
