  • ⑴ Establishment of model of uremic peritoneal dialysis rats :

  • ①Uremic model was generated by 5/6 nephrectomy.

  • ②Peritoneal catheter connected to a subcutaneous was implanted into rats.

  • ③ Instillation of dialysate via peritoneal catheters.

  • ⑵ Primary cuture of three kinds of cells:

  • ①Primary cuture of human omental tissue microvascular endothelial cells

  • ②Primary cuture of human peritoneal mesothelial cells

  • ③Primary cuture of human umbilical vein endothelial cells
