Biography
Guohong Li, Ph.D., Professor, Vice Director of Shanghai Jiaotong University China Hospital Development Institute, Doctoral supervisor of the health policy and management department, school of public health, Shanghai Jiaotong University. A health economist, her work focused on evidence based decision-making, hospital management, elderly healthcare and Maternal and Child health. Over the years, as the PI, she has received funding from the World Health Organization, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Shanghai Municipal City, complete the number of projects focus on the allocation of health resources, health reform, long-term care, etc. and published more than 100 articles in SCI, SSCI and Chinese core journals in peer reviewed journals. She won the prize of the Shanghai Municipal Government Decision making Consultation Award twice, and the prize of the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award for her research achievements. She was selected into the "Hundred Talents Plan" of the university, and won the "Sixth Excellent Teacher" of the university, "Pujiang Talent" of Shanghai, and "Outstanding Discipline Leader of Public Health" of Shanghai. She is executive member of the council of the Chinese Society of Health Economics, standing member of the Medical Insurance Branch of the Chinese Society of Health Economics, standing member of the Social Medicine Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, and Vice Chairman of the Pharmacoeconomics Branch of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Society.
