Biography
Dr. Haojie Jin received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in College of Life Science from Jilin University (2009) and Medical College of Xiamen University (2012), respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree from Medical College of Shanghai JiaoTong University in 2015. Then, he joined the laboratory of Wenxin Qin at the Shanghai Cancer Institute. He was also engaged as a postdoctoral fellow in laboratory of René Bernards at the Nertherlands Cancer Institute in Amsterdam. Currently, he is a principal investigator of State Key Laboratory of Oncogenes and Related Genes, Shanghai JiaoTong University. His research interests mainly focus on using CRISPR-Cas9 functional genetic approaches to identify powerful drug combinations, new drug targets and mechanisms of resistance to cancer drugs. His major research work has been published in Nature (2021, cover story; 2019), Nature Cancer (2022), Gastroenterology (2017) and Elife (2020) etc.
