Through high-throughput sequencing analysis combined with molecular biology experiments, analyze the key regulatory factors and mechanisms ofpremature ovarian insufficiency / failure (POI/POF).
Screen biomarkers and make modelsfor early warning of POI/POF.
Analyze the molecular mechanism of freeze-thaw injury after ovaries and gametes are cryopreserved and improve the preservation technology of gametes or tissues.
