Our research interests are focus on epigenetic regulations of placental function. The research areas are including:
The epigenetic dysfunctions of major obstetricalsyndromes associated with placental insufficiency, such as preeclampsia, and intrauterine growth restriction
Common epigenetic mechanisms in major obstetrical syndromes, as well as othernon-malignant complex diseases. Currently, we pay attention tothe epigenetic heterogeneity of enhancers in the trophoblast cells and its dynamics in cellular responses to environmental stimuli.
Non-invasive prenatal testing(NIPT) of major obstetrical syndromes based on cell-free fetal DNA in maternal plasma.
