Research Interests

• We are working to delineate hematopoietic stem cell aging and the molecular mechanism in the pathogenesis of leukemia. The major research areas include: (1) to delineate cellular and molecular mechanisms that are associated with aging of hematopoietic stem cells; (2) to delineate the molecular mechanisms in the pathogenesis of hematological and related malignancies (3) to identify targets for hematological malignancy therapies by a combination of biochemical, genetic, molecular approaches.
