Research Interests
I am currently a principal investigator at Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. My laboratory focuses on the application of single cell sequencing technologies in 1) discovering and identifying biomarkers of hematopoietic malignancies, 2) investigating the molecular mechanism underlying the inter- and intra-tumor heterogeneity of cancer cells in response to targeted therapy. In addition, I serve as the supervisor of the high-throughput sequencing facility at the National Research Center for Translation Medicine (Shanghai), which provides NGS services for physicians and research laboratories. Previously, I received my PhD from the University of Southern California and worked as post-doctoral fellow at the University of California-San Diego and the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research. graduate and post-doctoral training in the United States.
