Research Interests
Researches primarily focus on engineering T Cell therapies, especially CAR-T and TCR-T cell therapies for multiple myeloma, Hodgkin's disease and acute lymphocytic leukemia. Researches are devoted to develop new CARs and optimized approaches to enhance the efficacy of CAR-T cells to recognize and eliminate tumor cells.
Researches focus on exploring mechanisms of ALL disease biology, especially epigenetic regulation which can trigger the development of epigenetic-based therapies to further improve the treatment of ALL.
Researches also covers translational researches and clinical trials in order to gradually translate these laboratory insights into safe and effective cancer therapies.
