(A) Clinical Trials: (1) Cutting-edge treatment strategies, including conventional therapy, immuno-therapy, in peritoneal carcinomatosis of colorectal cancer. (2) Application of organoids techniques in clinical practice of gastrointestinal cancer treatment.
(B) Basic Science Research and Translational Medicine: (1) Artificial intelligence in decision-making of gastrointestinal cancer treatment. (2) Novel molecular mechanisms of various types of cell deaths, including apoptosis, necroptosis, ferroptosis, cuproptosis, etc, in colorectal cancer development and treatment. (3) Novel technique and technology innovation in minimally invasive surgery.
