Research Interests
The main research in our lab focuses on molecular pathogenesis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and anti-leukemic effects and mechanisms of neoantigen-related immunotherapies. Our group is committed to in-depth elucidating the transcriptional regulatory mechanisms of AML and identifying somatic and non-coding mutations responsible for AML development using high-throughput and multi-dimensional omics methods. We also develop immunotherapeutic strategies targeting neoantigens and clarify the related anti-leukemic effects and mechanisms. We have published more than 60 articles in high-level journals, such as Cancer cell, Blood, PNAS, and Oncogene, and have obtained a United States patent, a Chinese patent and three software copyrights.
