Research Interests
Genomic research of model organism, pathogen, genetic diseases and cancer
Engaged in the research on genomics, functional genomics and epigenomics of model organisms, pathogens, genetic diseases and tumors for decades. In recent years, focusing on the integrated analysis of tumor multi genomics, studied the genetic basis of genomic structure and functional variation in tumor occurrence and development, illustrated the pathological mechanism of ALL drug resistance recurrence in children with PRPS mutation for the first time. Undertaken a dozen of the international cooperation and national genome projects, such as “973” “863” “Key R&D Program “ projects. Published more than 100 papers in Nature, Science, Nature Genetics, Nature Medicine and other international academic journals. Won the second prizes of National Natural Science Award twice and the first prizes of Shanghai Natural Science Award twice, respectively.
