Research Interests
Mainly research focused on the innate and adaptive immune response in the key regulatory mechanisms of defenses in cancer, inflammation models, and related clinical diseases, with special emphasis on the clinical translation, exploration of biomarker discovery, precise diagnosis, and precision medicine. Recent efforts focused on enhancing lymphocyte trafficking to improve cancer immunotherapy by separately characterizing the spatial distribution of cells containing innate and adaptive immune systems. The developed deconvolution method is used to integrate the composition of immune cells that integrate the whole transcriptome and single-cell transcriptome to help clarify the cross-talk between immune cells and tumors.
