Research Interests
The research area of our group is the functional study of human disease-related genes. We are interested in:
In vivo function studies of human disease-related genes by using genetically-modified mouse models. Mainly focusing on the biological function of RNA helicase and related genes in the regulation of lymphoid development, immunoglobulin class switch recombination immune responses, and tumor immunology.
Genetic studies of complex human diseases. Mainly focusing on the identification and functional evaluation of candidate genes of complex diseases such as cancer, osteoarthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease, by using genetic technologies.
