Research Interests
Specialized in acute kidney injury/chronic kidney disease, hypertension, thrombotic microangiopathy and thrombo-embolic nephropathy, etc. The main research fields include
A. New biological markers, especially microRNAs, and their mechanism in the pathogenesis of acute kidney injury,
B. The protective effects of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) on tubular repair after acute kidney injury
C. the mechanism of innate immune system in the pathogenesis of hypertensive nephropathy
D. The clinical features and new assessment way of patients with renal artery anomaly. Our research has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Program: 8227030132, 8167030164, 81470967, 81070586) and the Shanghai Science and Technology Committee (General Program: 21ZR1440300,11JC1407900, 12DJ1400303, 10411965900). Our teams have published more than 40 articles and reviews on Redox Biology, American Journal of Translational Medicine and Journal of clinical hypertension, etc.
