Research Interests
Our group was interested in the pathogenesis of chronic hematologic malignant diseases, including MDS, MDS/MPN and CLL. We mainly used Setd2 deficiency mouse model to conduct relevant studies, focusing on how Setd2 deletion endows hematopoietic stem cells with inflammatory adaptive advantages and then drives clonal selection. We also used the MDS mouse model to screen drugs that could alleviate MDS-related pernicious anemia.
