Research Interests
Our lab is dedicated to the translational research in infectious diseases and neuroblastoma in children, by using interdisciplinary methods, including chemical biology, molecular biology, cell biology, etc. The research interests of our lab mainly include: (1) Development and clinical application of molecular diagnostic methods for pathogens; and (2) Discovery of novel histone monoamine modifications and investigation on their functions and underlying mechanism in infections and neuroblastoma. Our scope is to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment by discovering new therapeutic targets and developing new diagnostic methods.
