Research Interests
Focuses on molecular diagnosis, pathogenesis research and targeted intervention strategy research of pediatric tumors. Intends to describe the molecular characteristics of metabolism through multi-omics integration analysis, and reveal the malignant evolution of tumors by using patient-derived organoids and animal models, combining with the clinical phenotype of patients. Then, to establish a serials of molecular typing models and diagnostic marker panels, and propose corresponding targeted intervention strategies for different tumor typing models.
