Research Interests

• We are a computational biology group dedicated to understanding the genomic causal behind pediatric cancer, with combined computational and experimental approaches. The goal of our team is to translate our findings in the lab to assist patient management in clinic, including diagnosis and treatment. Currently we are focusing on below three aims: (1) Develop state of the art computational methods to uncover novel driver genomic aberrations. (2) Profiling the genomic and epigenomic aberrations of pediatric cancer. (3) Clinical genomics by translating the genomic findings and the computing tools to clinic with cloud computing technology.
