Research Interests
Focusing on the diagnosis of pediatric hereditary hematological diseases based on the next-generation sequencing technologies, the treatment of relapsed or refractory childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia and malignant lymphoma (such as burkitt’s lymphoma, diffused large B cell lymphoma, acute lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia...), as well as the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system of new methods for SLE, IGAN, ITP and various childhood solid tumors by the chimeric antigen receptor T cell immunotherapy (CAR-T) technology. As the first or corresponding author, have published many high-level research works in Nature Medicine, Journal Clinical Oncology, Blood, Leukemia, PNAS, EBioMedicine, Cancer Medicine and other international famous journals.
