Research Interests
Based on the molecular typing of neuroblastoma by transcriptome sequencing, a tumor risk prediction model was established to screen children in the extremely high-risk group for high-intensity treatment and immunotherapy; Screening and clinical application of new tumor biomarkers for neuroblastoma.
Study on the mechanism of m6A RNA methylation modification in hepatoblastoma tumorigenesis and development; Screening and clinical application of novel molecular markers in hepatoblastoma.
Accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment of complex lymphatic malformations (such as GLA, GSD, KLA, and PIK3CA gene related overgrowth syndrome group, PROS) based on phenotype and gene detection.
